Dammit. I'm intrigued. Is this style of barre more like bar method? Or faster like P57?

Are these the same Barre Amped DVD's she sold with the QVC set and rinky dink little barre or are these completely new?

Hi Sue!

Suzanne actually has quite a few DVD's and a lot of streaming videos so she encompasses a lot of styles. Some of her workouts are Bar Method'ish while some are more like P57's.

I did e-mail Mary and ask if she is going to carry them, and if she does,I would wait for clips of the workouts.

I'm pretty sure these are new, I was on the verge of buying that rinky dink little barre from QVC-(good thing I didn't!) and the descriptions are different.
These workouts are described as being more than hour each and the ones on QVC were all short workouts.

I have really liked Tighten, Tone and Torch. The lower body segment on there is getting a bit easy for me but the upper body segment is still pretty hard.

If you go into the individual workout descriptions, they are broken up into chapters. I guess we may have to wait for clips to determine if it's reused footage from those short workouts. Or maybe someone who has the QVC set can tell.

I really like her Tighten, Tone, Torch too, the upper body part was really hard for me though. I have really weak shoulders so even small pulses with no weights kills me. Yesterday I tried one of her upper body segments from her website and only lasted about 10 minutes and had to drop the weights.

Love that these barre DVDs have short segments! I might order these because it looks like is slightly cheaper to order both. I will have to see how much shipping is.

ETA: Just put both DVDs in cart and shipping was $3.49.
