I really need to come up with a rotation for the start of the New Year,and would love some suggestions!My problem is I've recently strained my "good" shoulder don't know how,I think maybe too many planks?The other shoulder never recovered from a surgery gone wrong.So I'd like to concentrate on my middle(where I gain weight) but build up or at least tone my legs and butt. Right now what I have and have not used yet or classical stretch seasons 8 & 9-ddp Yoga,callanetics, some barre.Any suggestions on these or any other workouts?I can't do high impact any more-Help if you can
