There's a tag called 'food guide.' If you go to 'streaming videos' it's at the top.

I did Total Body Barre 2 today and really enjoyed it. It's definitely an intermediate level workout, but it was challenging enough to be interesting. She starts out with a warm-up, goes to upper body work with light weights, thighs, glutes, core with plank and then c-curve, upper body on the mat (push-ups and reverse pushups) and ends with a 10 minute stretch. Total running time is 45 min. I will definitely be back for more!

Don't know how I've missed that! Thanks!

One of the many things I like about Suzanne streaming workouts is that if a workout is titled say 30 mins it is actually longer than that. Most workouts you see are make 30 mins running time and is actually 25 to 30 mins long.

Has anyone done both Tighten, Tone and Torch and the streaming workouts? How do they compare in terms of difficulty? TTT is available as a download which makes me lean towards purchasing it; postage (~$9) is too expensive to make it a standalone purchase for me.
