I checked the BTM on Totalfitness clip. There's a lot of squad and lunges. Will that be ok to do back to back with Dreambody? i always heard that you should give 48 hours rest for your body when doing weight training. I know dreambody has some squad, lunges, glutes and thigh work and probably working the same muscle group as some of the BTW work.
So my question is, would it be ok if I alternate dreambody with other barre workout or cellanatics for 6 days straight?
