Oh, is it pronounced "ax"? I thought it was the Brazilian "ah-shay".

I am cracking up at this, so true...

Bumping this thread:
Anyone have any reviews of this now that it's out? Love it/hate it?

You can find a few reviews in this thread:

Pretty much lukewarm opinions so far, I have not even gotten mine yet, I pre-ordered directly from the BurstFit site.

There is a long clip here and Mary is selling it now too:

I have to admit that I succumbed to this when they had it on sale a couple of weeks ago, and I am sort of enjoying it. I think if you push yourself and concentrate on your form better than they do, it is a good workout. Though they do repeat the set of exercises three times, it does not feel repetitive to me (and I'm usually one who hates repeating stuff). I like the way it works my muscles -- it feels like I am working them, but not making them bigger, if that makes sense (I am one of those who feels like I bulk up too easily).

The strangest thing is that there are seven workouts, and in the rotation they included, they only use four of them. That's a pretty big oversight, but whatever. Also, the lead guy actually kind of bugs me. I guess I am getting too old, maybe -- maybe a younger crowd would find him more appealing.

Oh, I did the Suzanne Bowen Butt Lift one today, and it felt pretty short. If you are a fan and are buying for her, buy something else of hers, I'd say.

I've still got my eye on this set....
Can anyone tell me more about the rotation they include? (i.e. are they doing 1 a day? how many a week, etc?)

Thanks!
