Kettlebell Kickboxing workouts

Hello,
I am considering doing a KBKB rotation using the 8 week challenge that Dasha designed, but I may include two sets to keep some variety in the mix. For those who have all of her workouts, how would you rate them in order of hardest to easiest?

From easiest to most difficult.......IMHO......

Thanks Debbied and Lora! Lora, I totally agree with you on the fun scale. 7 Day Lean was a total no-go for me and I returned it.

I decided to get the Body series and did my first workout today, which was Power. I would say that was harder than any of the Body series for me, at least as far as I recall them. I actually had to take a longer break on two of the sets to catch my breath as she ends each round with burbees and those always get my heart rate sky high.

I think I'll like this rotation for at least a month. We'll see if I make it to 8 weeks.
