Are there any new words/thoughts on this set?

I did these for a couple of weeks. I did a review at Collage and several breakdown posts on my blog (link below). I liked them all right, but was annoyed by the "advanced modifier." Crazy-Bad-form Crossfit Man.

I also didn't like how Dr. Axe was a talker. A walker, talker -- like Jillian. Do a few moves, walk & talk. And talk.

Wish there was a warm-up and cool-down with the set....

I really liked the Suzanne Bowen disc: Bowen Butt Lift. Very short, perfect glute add-on.

But overall, I found the moves enjoyable (if also a tad bit repetitive)....

How Disappointing! Your basically paying a fortune for the Bowen Butt lift. Thankyou so much for the review!! Atleast I don't have to add it to my wishes right now. the clip didn't look half bad a while back when I peaked at it. I may put it on my wish/tradelist down the road though, lol.
Thankyou!

You're welcome.
I would definitely trade to get it or buy it if I found it for a good price! But I'd have a hard time paying full price for it (especially considering you get can something like Supreme 90 for a song & dance! )
The workouts do make good add-ons, though, if you like that sort of thing...

BurstFit. BurstFit. Each time I say it sounds even sillier!

Is the 'burst' part of it supposed to have something to do with intervals? Like a 'burst' of activity? *headscratch*

(But, having a goofy name doesn't mean I won't consider buying them!)
