IFit app
Does anyone know if there is a way to use the iFit app without owning an IFit piece of equipment?

No, unfortunately it only works with iFit enabled equipment sold by Icon.
 You can’t even preview the video workouts, it only plays when your iPad is paired with your equipment or on the display on your equipment. I have an older treadmill with a display but it’s not Bluetooth enabled. I can’t hook up my iPad, I can only see the videos on my treadmill display. HTH.
