Thanks Lisarah, I caved! Thanks, Bob, for bringing this to our attention, too. My husband prefers rotations, so I'm always looking for rotations we can do together, but it's hard to find a system that appeals to both of us. I nearly bought this system a year ago, but it was too expensive. I can't believe I'm getting the same system for $22 now.

I don't mind waiting. I'm busy with another rotation. Besides, I patiently waited two months for Mad Methods' Function Kettlebell DVD, had to send them 3 emails inquiring about the status (they were nice), and it turned out the heavily discounted ($27'ish) DVD system was well worth the hassle and delay.

My co-worker spends over $400 a month on personal training ($350 for one trainer and $80 for a bootcamp series - yeah, for real!), so even though I missed out on the additional $6 or so savings, I won't complain. Multiple personal training sessions for $22 are fine by me.

I called customer service again to check on my order. The customer service representative told me they had a lot of orders that the $5 discount was applied twice even though it showed up right on the receipt. She said all of these orders were kicked out and they are trying to process them by hand when they are brought to their attention. It sounds like the orders are sitting in the warehouse waiting for things to get resolved so they can ship. She apologized and said she couldn't understand why the people who ordered on the 10th and 11th haven't received their orders and the ones that ordered after that have. Me either! She said she would put me on her list and get back to me in two or three days but if I haven't heard anything by then to call back and see where they are. I hate being in limbo land, not really knowing anything, but for $15 I guess I'll see where this leads.

Well, darn it, that might be where I am at. I ordered Oct. 11. My receipt says $17, but my credit card shows $13.25 on Oct. 15. I have emailed asking where my order is, since it has been "at the warehouse" since Oct. 16.

I ordered on 10/10 and haven't gotten mine yet. My receipt and CC show $15.

I called Customer Service last evening and was told it was in the warehouse prepping to ship. The rep didn't know when it would ship.

For those of you who are frustrated with waiting, hang in there. Especially those of you who are getting it for $15. It is so worth it. I am on week 4, and really enjoying the workouts. Next week, I move on to the Shape phase and hope I enjoy it as much as I am enjoying Conditioning. I finally had to use the music only on this week's workouts. I finally got tired of hearing Sep? say the same things over & over, lol. I can't believe how quick the time goes with the music only option.

I just called for a status and mine finally shipped yesterday and scheduled delivery is tomorrow via UPS. I ordered on Fri, 10/11....
