You are rolling right along with your equipment. Keep up the great work and keep enjoying it.

Yes, he can't even sit without falling asleep. He pretty much feels awful every day. I am hoping that he will feel better once he gets a machine.

Checking in with Jessica's Cardio Boogie Bootcamp and a mile outdoor walk. It is cold today!

Diana, that is a big expense! It does sound like your DH needs it. Sleep is so important and underrated.

Lynn, that work situation does sound stressful. It's hard to give up control when you feel things are riding on you. Hoping you are able to find some great ways to decompress!

Cynthia, it's pancake season for sure! What are your latest hit flavors? Gingerbread sounds good. In Austin, believe it or not, pancakes were big (literally and figuratively). A couple of popular restaurants served plate-sized pancakes in classic and wonderful flavors.

tytbody, do you have Christmas or holiday plans?

Linda, do you think you might get another dog?

Cheryl

Cheryl 1, I have 3 pancakes of the month subscriptions going: regular, health & fitness, and banana. There's frequently a cross-over, especially when there's health & fitness banana, as in Prevention Flat Belly pancakes and Women's Muscle & Fitness banana pecan. January traditionally is Biggest Loser all around. February, red velvet with chocolate chips and cream cheese sauce. There's also oatmeal choc chip, capuccino w/ mocha sauce, pumpkin, blueberry, cinnamon bun, bacon and cheddar... Now I'm getting hungry.

Are these real edible pancakes you’re talking about Cynthia?

Diana, the Great Danes weigh around 160. They give great hugs!

Cynthia, the Great Danes all met me at the door and I had 2 paws on each shoulder. It was great! They eventually had me one at a time.

Cheryl, I can't have another dog. If I have to be in the hospital again there's no one to take a dog outside several times a day. The woman who takes care of Meow works from home. She checks on Meow once or twice a day.

Lynn, it was a lot of dogs, cats, horses, and pigs. Too much fun.

Yesterday I used the rowing machine several times throughout the day. Today I'm resting. I feel like I'm coming down with something or it's the changing weather.

There's an auction fundraiser every year at church. People donate goods and services. My entries are the pancakes. Every month the winners (high bidders) each get a dozen pancakes. Three categories/subscriptions: regular (varied flavors), health & fitness, and banana variations.

I made oatmeal choc chip for DD this morning, it was her day off. I never miss a meal, but she usually skips breakfast on work days. For myself, I made an old Firm recipe hat I had never tried b/c it didn't sound tasty, but it is. Three ingredients only: 3 eggwhites, 1/2 c. oatmeal, 2 tsps honey; I added a dash of salt. Had them with berries on top. And just a drizzle of maple syrup.

This is mainly a rest day for me. Should do something restorative.
