I discovered a great Cathe combo!

I believe the Fit Split series wasn't especially well received, so I was super happy to discover today that it includes a great premix--the Push/Pull weights combo. It clocks in a bit long at 67 minutes, so I cut out a few exercises and got it down to an hour. I really enjoyed the moves and the sequencing, and most surprising of all, somehow the routine really fresh. Great way to start the week!

I've done this premix---I like it too!

Apparently I'm one of the few who has really enjoyed Fit Split. I've gotten major use from it and from the premixes!

I also really liked that premix!

The 67 minutes always kind of was a barrier for me, but I think I will make a point now to try it and skip through some to get it just under the 60 mark.

On the Shred Cardio & Push Day DVD there's also another weight combo premix called Push Day plus Pull Day that is 62 minutes long. I wonder if the moves are all exactly the same as the 67min premix on the Mixed Impact Cardio & Pull Day DVD with just less moves... Hopefully it's slightly different.

I actually like Fit Split alot (except for the gliding exercises which I modify). I like using it for 30 minute workout days.

I missed that one--I'm going to give it a go tomorrow morning and compare. Thanks!

So I took a look and the 62min combo is pretty much the same The only differences are in the WU and CD (from the Push DVD) and also this one starts with all the push exercises first then all the pull ones. The other 67min premix is all pull first then all push.

I wish you could buy the individual dvds for this set. The only one I'm interested in is the lower body/kickbox one.
