I'm fairly restricted to low impact and lower intensity workouts now, and I can still do all of my Tracie workouts. For the small amount of cardio that is higher impact, I just modify. Her newer workouts have more plank work and I modify that by using yoga blocks and dropping down to my knees a lot. I just did Defined Lines and I didn't have to modify hardly anything in that.
I'd have to also throw any lower impact Firm from in the low impact rotation, and I'd agree with Ellen too. I've also been able to modify KCM down a bit too.
I love Jessica, but I don't like her weight work and I really don't know why.
