I think if you rotated Ilaria's BodyStrikes, Powerstrikes, and Atletica workouts you would have a decent low impact rotation for improved strength and cardio endurance. Add one yoga or stretch day per week.

I was going to post just this! Of course, everyone knows I love Ilaria, but she really is great for low/no impact workouts

Yes! If you prefer dvds, I agree that Ilaria's workouts are great!

I love Jessica, but I don't like her weight work and I really don't know why.
