Kelly's 2nd DVD named "Lean Body Circuits"
For anyone who hasn't heard, Kelly has decided to name her upcoming circuit workout DVD "Lean Body Circuits".
She is rewarding the person that submitted this name with a free copy of that DVD. Guess who the lucky winner is? ME! I'm so excited. I can't ever remember ever winning anything. This would be a first. And other folks had some excellent suggestions, you can read them on her forum. I thought for sure that Laura's suggestion "Circuit Inferno " would take the prize, awesome name. I will be pre-ordering the other DVD "Cardio Pump" on Mar 22nd. I've never met a KCM workout that I didn't like...

Congratulations, Dawn! (And thanks for liking my suggestion too
 )I'm going to preorder both of the new ones. I'm doing KCM's 2015 rotation now (mixing in other workouts when I don't have the prescribed Kelly - I have a lot, but not all!) and I'm really enjoying it.
