KCM 30MTF Kickboxing

Okay, I'm late to the party with this one, but after discovering Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 MTF series earlier this year (thanks to rave reviews here) with Circuit Burn and then TLC and Split Sessions, I ordered Kickboxing. I was a bit apprehensive because of the reviews about the choreography, but I went ahead and acquired it. I love it

-- especially the Punch Mix - I can't seem to stop doing that one.

kalalina~ I love this one, as well. I know a few that thought the choreography on this one was a bit tricky and it did take me a few frustrating attempts to learn when I first started with this one but I finally mastered it and it is my favorite KickBoxing workout, hands down.
There is also a BONUS Ab workout on the main menu, make sure you check that out, as well. AWESOME abs workout and, at 14 minutes or so, super easy to fit in and/or add on to your KickBoxing routine

Thanks Judy! I've seen that there is an Abs workout, but I haven't done it yet. I'll have to check that one out.

And the choreography did take a few times through to get -- but it was so worth it!!

There are also hidden premixes that combine each workout plus the ab workout. They aren't listed in the "premix" menu, but can be found when you click on "Bonus Core/Abs". They clock in at 42 and 44 minutes.

For someone like me who doesn't want to fiddle with the remote or will scrap the add-on I had initially intended to do, these are a Godsend.

Yes the punching mix on this one ROCKS! The only thing she could have done to make it even better than it already is would have been to add ALL of the punching combos. I think all but 2 or 3 are in there.
