That's how it worked for me too.

She's really great, and her CS is fabulous! She's as good as our Mary. Whenever I contact her or even make a comment on her youtube channel, I receive a response from her really quickly, even though she is in Australia! Today I posted something, and I received a response within 6 minutes. I kid you not! Tomorrow, I'm going to try her brand new free youtube Pyramid UB workout she just posted 2 days ago.

When I bought my 15, I added them all to my cart, took a screen shot, and emailed it to her, asking if I could get the discount price for all 15. She then sent me a PayPal invoice, and, within five minutes of me paying, sent me links for all 15.

She really is awesome and so helpful!

Usia, did you get around to trying that one yet? I did it this morning --- be warned, it IS a burner! I only used 3's, 5's, and 8's and thought at first I should've went heavier. THEN the burn kicked in and was I ever glad I didn't, LOL!!

The standing back work is KILLER! But when she follows it with the stretching back exercises draped over the ball...it feels wonderful! I didn't feel wiped out afterward which was nice, so I added some cardio intervals on the treadmill.

Definitely a favorite of her freebies!

I got the 3 DVDs from Mary and they pack a punch. They don't look that intense but I really felt it. Love the ÜB. Did one of the LB today and yes I shook.

Same here! I have the first two DVDs and love them, but have been holding out for the three-DVD set in hopes that Mary will have them on sale!
