Since I didn't get any replies I went ahead and planned my own rotation. I took one of Cathe's Fat Burning and Tone Up Rotation and plugged in the Tone it Up workouts. Since I have both sets I want to use all the workouts so I alternated weeks with each set. Hope this helps someone planning to do the rotation. I am finishing up the last week of Body Revolution then I will do this rotation until Brett's new workouts get here.
Note: Some workout days are short, add extra cardio/stretch to shorter WO days. Also Set the Bar in Vol 2 is like a Fit Test. I have not included it in the rotation. Feel free to do it before and after the rotation.
