Get Healthy U TV with Chris Freytag, and others, is usually is $59.00 a year. They sent me a link for special of $9.00 a year. Very tempting since I love Chris and there is a variety of levels, workouts, etc. all for $9.00 a year. Has anyone signed up? Thanks, Pam.

It's worth $9 a year but not the regular price. A bunch of us signed up last month when she had the last promotion. If you are on her email list, it seems that she regularly sends out the special pricing.

Diana she does have a two "Mile" walk. I'm not sure what else, I think you can browse without signing up, though.

Donna Thank you for that info. I haven't looked at the site, yet.

You're welcome, Diana! I think most of the content is circuit type workouts that Chris seems to specialize in.

I signed up for the discounted membership at the end of the year, but I haven't used it much at all - but I may get the inspiration at some point, at least I didn't lay out a lot of money for it.

Donna I think it's a great option for even 1 or 2 workouts a month. Especially if you don't have her other workouts/programs. If she had some 45+ minute cardio options I would definitely sign up.

Get Healthy U TV has added a new instructor; she instructs a Barre series with 4 Barre workouts. (I haven't view the workouts yet.) I hope they continue to add new instructors and new workout series.

They are still sending out emails with cheap annual membership rates. This is the current promotion for 7.89 a year:

I hope so as well. I signed up for it because of the low yearly price. I haven't had a chance to try any yet but will today. The price is right, especially for a year. Thanks, Pam.
