Supercuts, Afterburn, and Cardio Supersets

Can these workouts be considered a strength/circuit workout if you upped your weight selection? I see most people classify them as cardio.

I don't think they are strength. They never work any one muscle group to fatigue. The weights are really used just to up the heart rate. I actually use higher weights than Cathe in most of these. I love all 3 of these and I would say Afterburn is the hardest, then Cardio Superset followed by Supercuts...but I love them all!!

I think that Supercuts can be because you work every body part.
