It is no biggie, I called to cancel and didn't get any flack or sales talk to try to convince me to stay, but I hate having to remember to make the call or to find the time to make the call. I wish there were a way to cancel/unsub in the membership center on-line without making a phone call. I haven't re-subscribed b/c of that, it is just too much of a hassle.

Can you pay by PayPal? If so you can go into your PayPal account & cancel any scheduled or automatic payments & they can’t bill you. I’ve done that with Essentrics TV.

I don't think they take PayPal--I haven't seen it as an option. Also, about the automatic renewal: they send you an e-mail well before they bill you, & you can send them an e-mail or call them to cancel. One thing, though, is that they charge your card a week or so before your membership officially ends, but if you cancel, your membership lasts until the ending date. All that is explained in the "renewal notice" e-mail.

I got an email to subscribe to premium for $4. I subscribed and then they offered an upgrade to gold for another $13. It included some free downloads and other discounts so I did the upgrade. I emailed them to cancel auto renew, which they did, but they said they normally send a renewal email 45 days before it renews and I would no longer receive the email. I’m okay with that as I would not renew for $149 anyways.

I got that same email and was tempted, but when I try streaming that workouts just don't playback well. They keep freezing on me, but for $17 I may give it a try.

Have you tried lowering the quality setting, little round wheel on the bottom of the video? I usually lower it to 360 or 540 and I think it helps prevent freezing.
