Also https://darebee.com/ (DareBee Fitness Made Easy) is a fantastic website with a bunch of free downloadable body weight programs, workouts etc.
Thanks for this site! Informed, referenced with research papers, no fad/buzz stuff, just calmly delivered information.

There’s an app called “Daily Fit” by Craig Ballantyne. There are several free workouts, and also a paid membership option. I believe these are “Turbulence Training”

I don't know much about it. They were always above my fitness level. It was popular on VF about 10 years ago. If you do a search of VF though you get me repeating myself above for the past few years.

Thanks...I had no idea there was an app.

There are some youtube videos by Craig Ballantyne. Here is the link for the program: Turbulence Training. It reads like a bad infomercial, he is obsessed with comparing cardio to cheese burgers, and everyone is flexing in their after photo. But my brother (and many others) enjoyed the workout.

There's a Kelly Coffey-Meyer DVD called Body Training that is all body weight exercises with no props. There's a half hour of standing work that's almost all lower body, and there's a half hour of floor work that includes lower body, abs, and several kinds of push-ups.
