I'm so sorry. I know how painful this is, having been through it myself. Be gentle with yourself. Know that your fur baby had a good long life and even at the end was blessed with a peaceful passing surrounded by love and kindness. Hugs to you.

Oh bfit, such sad news. Our pets provide such a mutual soulful bond of love and companionship that there are no words to truly describe the depth of loss when they go. I do understand however and I'm sorry you are facing this pain now. We lost my furry love of my life, Odie at 23 years old Aug 10, 2011. I miss him every single day, but the extraordinary dearth of good memories are heart warming. May you be warmed by your fond memories...hugs to you.
