Not unlike working out for your blood type, I reckon.

Definitely a fitness buzz word.

I know ultra high intensity exercise increases the formation of free radicals and can shorten telomeres. I wonder if physiologically that translates into an increase in acid byproducts, which the body then needs to balance? No time to sit down and think it through physiologically right now but my gut feeling is that it does and I'm not talking lactic acid.

That's a pathway I'm completely unfamiliar with, but an interesting line of inquiry nevertheless. I'd be interested (when you have time) in any further information you have to share on it.

And after gluten-free exercise, how about hair-color exercise ("blondes should avoid cardio except for short sessions. Brunettes need Hiit more than other hair colors")? Eye color? Shoe size?

There's $$$ to be made, I'm tellin' ya....

They have "paleo" workouts, so why not gluten-free? I even saw a book at the library on how to have a paleo dog.

Every morning, I feed a very skittish, almost feral dog who haunts the desert surrounding my land. The food I feed him is not paleo, but I suspect the rest of his meals are.

I love that my land and my animals are protected by an almost feral, paleo dog.

Absolutely, Sophie. I almost used it myself but I didn't want to steal it.

Really? I've never heard this. Do you have any sources/links about that?
