Any Low Impact HIIT dvds?

Is there such a thing as a completely low impact high intensity interval training workout dvd out there? I don't mean one with a modifier, just purely all low impact.

Hmmm... I can't think of any of my 400+ that would fit that description. All of my HIIT (and most of my interval workouts) rely on impact to raise the heart rate that high. Maybe some kettlebell workouts could come close. There are a few exercises that can get my HR into the upper range with both feet on the floor. And spinning, which is of course no impact.

I have a hard time believing that with Turbo Fire (which I can't wait to get) I'll get a true HIIT workout if I follow the modifier, but hopefully I'm wrong.

Tigger, did you order it yet? If so please, please PM me and let me know if you found this to be true.

Try cardio coach. You can use them on any cardio machine or outdoors. It is up to you how to use them. I use them on the rebounder, the bike and walk/jogs.

Although they are really interval workouts, you could make them Hiit by upping the intensity. There are lots of cardio coach threads that you can search to give you ideas.

Basically any cardio machine would do, I can do HIIT on an elliptical on a bike, StairMaster, rowing machine. All you need is a gymboss and some fast music! Actually Cardio Coach has many good CDs that are HIITish, also some of the itrain "climbs", and "cycles".

I haven't ordered yet. I keep talking myself out of it because I need to save some money, but I am so tempted and might cave. If I do, I'll let you know. If I don't, I'll be waiting for reviews along with you!

Rebounder workouts are low impact and can really get the heart rate up.

I think that maybe Charlene Prickett might fall into this category--anyway, her low impact aerobic workouts would, I think.
