I work at in a gym without videos. Also, I don't know how old you are, what your recovery abilities are, how much volume you can take, etc., etc. Just use your sense in coming up with a program factoring in what you know about your body. If you've got high intensity days planned, make sure you follow them with either a rest day or lower intensity workouts.

Thank you Karen. I am 39 and tend to recover pretty quickly, though not as quickly recently I'm afraid. I have added in a rest day during the week, deleted a cardio, and shifted some cardio around. Would you mind looking at it again to see if it's more balanced? Your opinions were fairly strong when you first looked at the rotation, that's why I'm asking if you wouldn't mind taking another look. Generally, my ambitions are pretty high when I set a rotation, but I do listen to my body.
