Karen Voight's Full Body Stretch
I did Yoga Focus stretch portion last night. Very nice. Tried to find some reviews on her newest Full Body Stretch workout, but can't find much on it. Anyone have it? What are you thoughts on it?

Lots of similar moves in the longer Full Body Stretch. I would go as far as to say its like a longer version of the Yoga Focus Stretch.

I feel mellow but refreshed whenever I do it. Maybe I need to do it again real soon....

I glad I saw this thread! I put this on my wish list. I have Karen's Yoga Focus on VHS & have always thought her stretch was the best I have ever done. I will be adding this because I know Karen will deliver & it will be a longer stretch on DvD which is even better!
