how about regis's workout, that showed him on the treadmill for a few minutes?
the sports illustrated series from the '80s that featured swimsuit models?
dixie carter's un-workout that featured her singing and then a few minutes of something like yoga?
janine rabbits's bellydance program?
how about merilu henner's dance tape where she said (during pelvic lifts) you know why all the girls like these! as the camera did a tight shot on the crotch?
jazzercise- an '80s video that had sweet georgia brown as a song? all it had was isolations, terrible production, no instruction and the cheesiest music anywhere?
dawn brown's step workout- that used a cinder block as a step?
