4 mile walk (53 min.; 547 cal.) endorphins - check!
Debbie Seiber's Total Body Solution (Shoulder/Lower Body segments): from doing these two segments regularly during the month of June, I can really tell a difference in my flexibility of my shoulder/hips....this dvd is gold! Thanks again for the trade as it truly turned out to be a great trade for me.
