My surgeon said that insurance won't cover both hands at the same time anymore (I don't know if that's true since I know others who have had theirs done together). Mine were done two weeks apart. I would have preferred to have them done together but it would have been rough at first! I had a tough time functioning for the first several days when mine were done two weeks apart - I felt so helpless!

I had carpal tunnel really bad and went to a chiropractor for it. It cleared up in 3 weeks with 3 treatments per week.
When I started having issues again with it years later I had started seeing an MD who practiced Integrated Medicine. He put me on Vitamin B-6. If it flares up I take an extra dose. You can get it at any health store. I very rarely have any problems with it.
Not sure I am allowed to talk about this but my doctor is an MD and it was 'prescribed'.
I'm all for doing things natural if you can.
