Hah cyana I remember that mosquito quote! Glad you are feeling better today. I have my fingers crossed that my own recent migraines have passed too.
Sandra, sounds like a nice outing; sweet that you are Nani to your grand-niece! I went to yoga class this morning at one of my favorite studios which just moved to a new space; I saw some friends there, which was nice. It was a basics class, but included some foam rolling and ballwork, so very . Also, the instructor is so knowledgeable that I always feel I learn from her. One different thing we did today was low lunge with the back knee on a block. This was my first full week of my yoga sadhana, with today being Day 12.
