Cheri - I'm so sorry about Tucker - prayers for you and your family.

Well, I'm decided to go with Pilates this month - like Carol- I can feel the decline from not doing it often enough. I'm going to mostly follow Trifecta Pilates.

So, today was:

Trifecta Pilates - Full Body Burn - I guess the best way to describe this one is reformer inspired - a lot of work in planks and variations thereof....it was more challenging than yesterday's workout.

Pahla B - Hot 100 Day # 2 (including warm-up, finisher and cool down).

My DD went back to school today but I am off and just did some cleaning/decluttering. This year, I would like to get my house organized and thinned out. I hope to focus on one area a month. Today was the bathroom and linen closet.

back to work for me tomorrow, but at least it is a Friday!

I am so sorry to hear that, Cheri. I know it's heartbreaking to euthanize your beloved pet since I went through it just over a year ago with Ziggy. My thoughts are with you. Hang in there.

Tuesday's workouts were

Get Healthy U TV: Walk & Tone Express - 20 minutes;
Chris' workout was a combination of walking segments and weight segments. I like that approach for walking and toning workouts better than the approach that Jessica Smith's walking and toning workouts take - combining walking and strength moves.

Pilates Nest - Strengthen & Stretch Band Pilates - 18 minutes
I really enjoy this workout from Smriti. I should do it more often.

Christine - boy did we all look like dummies with our stashes of bottled water and non-perishable foods!

Donna - good job with your workouts and on decluttering. I really need to work on that before I go back to work on Monday.

Cheri I'm sorry \(^o^)/ That's so hard...

Yesterday was Method Pilates all in one workout warmup only
Today Lara Hudson pilates on the ball total body Pilates and Cardiocoach #4..I'm a sweaty mess

Christine yes I do pilates...I add in all the time ..just don't always post because it's usually before bed. I can do most moves on intermediate DVDs like Ana Caban and Stott. I actually had to focus on an work and strength work to get better at it. For some reason I couldn't seem to push myself with just pilates. Not sure why.

Will try yoga Su gentle yoga on YouTube before bed.

Hi Everyone,

Back to reality today.

I got up early and had enough time to do:

Trifecta Pilates - Pilates for Posture
Pahla B - Hot 100 Day # 3 - I even did the plank finisher, eek. Today was weight training - high reps.

I did do one mile w/ Leslie yesterday evening. It is raining today, but if I get the chance I will get out for a walk at work.

Cheri - thinking of you.......

Waves - TGIF. I guess if you have to go back to work - Friday is a good day to do it.

Good morning!

GHUTV Power Walking Tone Every Zone - 30min. I liked this one and put it in my favorites. It used 3-5lbs weights for UB and some squats/plies. True walking workout with no floor work.
ePilates Deep Core Strength - 20min. This also worked glutes and inner thighs. Liked it!

Cheri, thinking of you today.

Hello,

Shaped by Faith: Episode 1: Pilates Mat

Cheri, I'm thinking of you!!

Carol, so true! Glad we didn't need it though!

Linda, no reason to force yourself to do it exclusively! I know we talk about variety being good. I love how it makes my neck and spine feel so good, so I like it as my mainstay.

Waves!
