Bought a set today. Haven't opened them so I'm not sure how I'll use them.

I'm using them with bridges. Much more comfortable than using dumbbells.

That's a great idea! I can see how they would be more comfortable than dumbbells, which are not comfortable at all. Thanks for the idea!

Even though I started the thread I have not bought them yet. . I may get them next week if they are still there.

Do they always have fitness stuff or is it just now bc of NY goals/resolutions?

I think they mainly have stuff in January, but sporadical!y offer fitness items other times of the year.I look at their ad every week, so I will try to remember to post if I see anything.

I was just dropping by to mention using them this way. I also put them on my back for weighted planks.
