Would like input on building strength rotation

Hey would love some input on my rotation I will be doing. I like to use as many of my DVDs as possible to keep from being bored. My goal is to transition to harder strength workouts. I regularly do and enjoy Firm (both classics and new), Jari and Traci long. I prefer kickboxing or my elliptical for pure cardio. (Not a fan of Cathe cardio.)

I'm posting my first two segments and will have similar segments that include Cathe's slow and heavy, pyramid and finally gym styles. ( I'm open to purchasing pure strength but I don't currently own.)

Thanks for your thoughts on whether this is a gradual way to work up to those harder strength series.

Low impact Trisets
1. Chest, shoulders, triceps
2. Pilates 20 min + Taebo basic
3. Lower body split
4. Cardio Coach + CS
5. Back, biceps,core
6. Rest
7. Total body express

8. Rest
9. Xtrain legs/delts
10. Quickfix cardio kick+ CS
11. Xtrain chest/back/shoulders
12. Pilates Rael 17+ turbokick
13. Xtrain biceps/triceps
14.Cardio turbojam cardio party mix

I think you could do fine with this, but I think it would help you to keep in mind that you may have to slow down or not do all the reps each set. I started P90X early last year when maybe I wasn't quite ready for it, but that one is really is to build on because you do what you can and then you stop. I think if it's possible for you to keep that philosophy in mind, you will do fine and you'll definitely see gains. Good luck!!

I would recommend Burn Sets too, it's a great one to go heavier because there are only (3) sets and the final set is to failure.
