Cathe’s Afterburn Double Trouble premix. This is still my hardest and most dreaded workout. The only way I can get pass my dread is to do one of the premixes. Sharaz - AOLIH is All Out Low Impact Hiit. It is an intermediate Cathe workout that is part of Xtrain. Measuredmom posted a Cathe compendium that has all of Cathe’s workouts. It is just awesome; I refer back to it all the time when I’m looking for a premix. http://www.themeasuredmom.com/cathe-compendium/ I’ve looked at purchasing Tracey’s Bootcamp workouts but those are hard to come by. Last time I checked on Amazon they only had the strength w/o. I want to purchase both of the workouts at the same time. I like your plan for ramping up intensity.
