I've done something like this with Terri Walsh. The coaching was based on her Prescriptives series. The workouts are all body weight, though. She gives you a weekly schedule based on your body type and what you're trying to accomplish. You email her daily with food intake and she tweaks your eating. You take weekly progress shots, weight and measurements, and she uses this to build your weekly rotation. It's very hands on and Terri is awesome.
