Training at home program

Hello
I'm looking for a great overall training program from home. Weights and cardio. Looking to loose weight and tone....long lean not bulk. Something with nutrition where you can email trainer and check in.

Any suggestions?

I've done something like this with Terri Walsh. The coaching was based on her Prescriptives series. The workouts are all body weight, though. She gives you a weekly schedule based on your body type and what you're trying to accomplish. You email her daily with food intake and she tweaks your eating. You take weekly progress shots, weight and measurements, and she uses this to build your weekly rotation. It's very hands on and Terri is awesome. 21 Day Fit with Autumn Calabrese. It is a Beachbody program. Very doable, has portion control containers, and are half hour workouts.
