Time to take this seriously. No yoga or pilates until my hammy/butt is better. I don't think I'm stretching it too much, but any stretching is too much. Even some pilates moves like some of the side kick series stretch it too much. I'm going to continue with strengthening and walking.

I have to be able to get back to SOME running before fall ends. The trails are too pretty not to.
