I agree with you Anita. I also like that Lee gives you the option of a short or a long practice. He is also so centering and calming. I just bought three more of his DVDs during the recent sale. I have a lot of Lee, but he's my go to for Qi gong. His practices are so accessible and easy to follow.

We also practice Lee Holden's Qi Gong too. In this thread (http://forum.videofitness.com/showth...ghlight=holden) , Pat was talking about
Metal, days 1-6 Water, days 7-12 Wood, days 13-18 Fire, days 19-24 Earth, days 25-30 And I wanted to find out more about that. Is she talking about Lee Holden's 30 day challenge? I just could not find that info (broken down to elements) anywhere. |
