Andrea Metcalfe's Quick Fit Cardio segments (except for the last five mins + cool down because I had to jump into an urgent work meeting, so got to 45 mins mark only) + Eoin Finn's Blissology DVD series "Day 4: Restorative" (more of a slow flow vinyasa with long holds, very relaxing forward bends at the end, amazing scenery and music).
