Pam, let us know what you think of it. Thanks!

I was thinking of buying downloads but I already have so many of Linda's downloads (and forget which ones I have) that I sometimes do better when I have a physical DVD (if available) with cover art in front of me.

Check out Jessica Smith's Barre workouts (and fusion) on her Youtube channel, as well as her barre fusion workouts on DVD. From previewing the video you linked, I think Jessica's workouts in that genre are very similar.

I did Feel Good Fusion Flow today. I liked it but I can't say I loved it. At 46 min, it is longer than I like, I tend to prefer 30 min as I string two or three workouts together. There is a learning curve to some of her moves. I think if you weren't careful with your form you could tweak your low back as she moves quickly. I expected it to be more flowing, but it was more isolated repetitive movements, lots of compound lower body moves with big arm movements. There was a lot of standing core work and balance work both of which I like. It is definitely much more challenging than Ellen's workouts. As much as I love Ellen, I find her workouts are not challenging enough for me unless I’m looking for a low key day. I'd say this was a bit more challenging than Jessica's body weight only workouts, although there weren’t any planks in it.

ETA - You could just do the 30 min standing portion, the floor work & stretch are 15 min. I found some of the floor exercises a bit awkward and the stretch felt a bit rushed. I look forward to hearing everyone else's thoughts!

Thanks Pam for the review. I did notice on previews that some of the moves were quick and slightly awkward, and I will definitely modify because I'm always mindful of my lower back. I prefer a bit more challenging workouts and I'm looking forward to these. I should have my DVD by tomorrow - Thursday but won't try them until Friday. I'll post my comments after the first workout.

I just finished FG Cardio Stretch, it clocks in a 36 min which I prefer. I liked this one more than Fusion Flow. The title is deceiving, it's definitely a workout more than a stretch. It is similar to FF in that the moves, although are flowing, are isolated with lots of reps rather than flowing together. The big sweeping whole body moves are at a brisk pace for a good cardio effect. I did modify for some of the lunge to standing moves as my wrists are cranky & I wasn't sure how my low back would feel about them. There is a short floor segment at the end, some ab work & seated stretches followed by a short stretch.
