Yes, they are different than Vol 1 in my opinion. Vol 2 really works the booty, I mean like I did it two days ago and I'm still having trouble going down stairs! I burned 500 calories in this one, without much impact, and I did modify the burpees since I have a wonky shoulder.
Vol 3 was more total body with some great 4-limb cardio, I was dripping sweat from this one, and again, I modified all of the burpees to just squats.
Some really creative warm ups and stretches in these too, lots of emphasis on mobility of the hips, which I really need.
