Pilates by Ange is my favorite. She has several thirty minute workouts and she makes use of the props. I like her precise insturctions and cueing. I love the pilates instructor at my gym but she just goes too fast. No one keeps up with her.

Thank you, Lora, for asking this question. You've gotten lots of great ideas -- I'm now thinking about how to add jumping rope with the former Zen dudes into my routine (ha ha but wowie, that seems fabulous)!
My favorite YouTube channels mostly involve yoga or Qigong: Yoga Ranger (yin yoga https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCO...4lDrbmGXu96ySg) Melissa West (yoga, including hatha yoga, yin yoga, and yoga nidra https://www.youtube.com/user/DrMelissaWest) Yoqi (mostly qigong and yin yoga https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCq6...n5-ccJ5Nm6Mcdg) I also like PrivateGym (Wendel is great; https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCxF...KY6gDWrPY877Zg ) I particularly like his shoulder rehab videos

All you have to do is search YouTube for Cathe workouts and there are some in there. I myself have pretty much all her DVDs and tapes and rotate then into the mix. Just searched there is a playlist with 155 full length Cathe Workouts..

Just looked again marki64.....it’s there search Cathe workouts scroll down and there is a playlist of 155 full length Cathe workouts
