I usually use that site to see a price history, but keep forgetting that I could set alerts. Thanks for the tip, maybe others who haven't heard of that site will find it helpful. And now that everyone knows, I'm going to stop bumping this thread with price changes.

CharM, I have appreciated your solid approach to price changes and thread bumps----camels are far less exciting

Oh please keep us informed at VF, I just didn't know how you were keeping tabs on prices! I probably check VF more often than my email and get updates here first anyway! haha

weights used are 15,10,8
each circuit is repeated before moving on
last circuit is on the mat
workout 2 has more compound moves


Breakdown for workout 1:

squats with weights on shoulders
alt rear lunge
high rows in squat
shoulder press

side lunges
DL
alt bi curls
Goblet squats

KB swing
low row (palms forward)
ham curl -> lat raise
OH tri extension

lat pull in bridge (palms up)
chest press ->fly
weighted crunch
lat angels in bridge


workout 2:

narrow -> wide push up
close grip ch press
side plank row
Turkish sit up

Russian twist (straight arm)
burpee -> standing row> high wide row
DL -> alt rear lunge

bent leg DL -> jump
weighted Good Mornings
reverse flies
skater DB pass

side lunge -> shoulder press
double snatch
split jerk
Goblet sq walk

I really like this workout. It focuses on the big muscles, giving you the most bang for your buck, while including the smaller ones for some recovery time. The whole body is worked although there isn't a lot of isolated core work it is worked. Much easier to go heavier with the first workout so while it is technically easier, it doesn't have to actually be easier.
