Hi Val! I like to use rotations as a template w/ substitutes allowed! I love Jessica's workouts!

Week # 1

TOTAL STRENGTH

Day #1: 40-Minute Leg Day

Day #2: 20-Minute Awesome Arms and Abs

#3: 30-Minute Strength in Stillness

#4: 20-Minute Strictly Strength

#5: 15-Minute Core Concentration

#6: 35-Minute Straight Up Strength Training

#7: 20-Minute Recovery Day Routine


Week # 2

ENDURANCE

Day #8: 52-Minute Ballet Burn

Day #9: 30-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Abs

Day #10: 60-Minute Pilates/Yoga Fusion Flow

Day #11: 30-Minute Pilates Total Body

Day #12: 40-Minute Yoga for Back Pain

Day #13: 40-Minute Yoga Tone

Day #14: 30-Minute Full Body Stretch, Rest and Relax

Week # 3

POWER

Day #15: 30-Minute Kickboxing Ballet Body Sculpt

Day #16: 13-Minute Plyo HIIT

Day #17: 30-Minute Met Con 5

Day #18: 30-Minute Kickboxing Strength Circuit

Day #19: 14-Minute Plank Power

Day #20: 60-Minute HIIT Strength, Pilates, Yoga Mash Up

Day #21: 20-Minute Breathe, Stretch & Relax

Week # 4

FUNCTION

Day #22: 20-Minute Single Sided Strength

Day #23: 12-Minute Better Posture Workout

Day #24: 20-Minute Barefoot Fusion Sculpt

Day #25: 30-Minute Yoga for Flat Abs

Day #26: 20-Minute Burn Fat Fast Cardio

Day #27: 20-Minute Belly, Buns & Thighs Yoga

Day #28: 20-Minute Dynamic Stretch

Thanks for posting these! I'm on a Jessica kick right now & thinking it might be good to try a more structured rotation with her. You've given me lots to choose from--very helpful

Here is one I made up on my own based on Jessica's body type (hourglass, pear, apple, and ruler) template rotations:

Strength Workouts: The Hourglass Workout, The Pear Workout, 30 Min Weight Loss Cardio Sculpt

Higher Intensity Cardio: 30 Min HIIT it hard; 25 min Bootcamp Boogie

Walking/Moderate cardio: Power Walk; Belly, Buns & Thighs Walk

Floor/Barre: 15 Min Lower Body Barre; 15 min Saddlebags workouts

So, w/ those categories in mind here's the generic rotation:

Day 1 - Strength Day

Day 2 - Higher Intensity Cardio Day

Day 3 - Floor/Barre Day

Day 4 - Moderate Cardio Day

Day 5 - Strength Day


Then, for days 6 & 7 you can pick a wild card workout or do some extra stretching. Most of the workouts are w/in the 30 min range, so there is time for an add on each day as well.

Day #1: Monday Sept. 2: *NEW* Cardio Ball Blast! (airing Sunday, Sept 1st – the video won’t be available until then)

Day #2: Tuesday, Sept. 3: Barefoot Fusion Walk

Day #3: Wednesday, Sept 4: Kickboxing Circuit

Day #4: Thursday, Sept. 5: Yoga Abs

Day #5: Friday, Sept. 6: *NEW* Ballet Body (airs Sat. August 31st)

Day #6: Saturday, Sept. 7: Lower Abs Circuit + 9-Minute, Low Impact HIIT

Day #7: Sunday, Sept. 8: Stretch & Strength

Day #8: Monday Sept. 9: Cardio Mat Fusion

Day #9: Tuesday, Sept. 10: Strictly Strength

Day #10: Wednesday, Sept 11: 30-Minute HIIT

Day #11: Thursday, Sept. 12: *NEW* Cardio Pilates (airing Sat, Sept 7th – the video won’t be available until then)

Day #12: Friday, Sept. 13: The Rise & Shine Workout

Day #13: Saturday, Sept. 14: Total Body Resistance Band (no band? use dumbbells instead)

Day #14: Sunday, Sept. 15: *NEW* Stretch, Rest & Relax (airing Sat, Sept 14th – the video won’t be available until then)

Day #15: Monday Sept. 16: 2-in1- Toning

Day #16: Tuesday, Sept. 17: Kickbutt Kickbox

Day #17: Wednesday, Sept 18: Single Sided Strength

Day #18: Thursday, Sept. 19: Floor Barre

Day #19: Friday, Sept. 20: Bikini Body Circuit

Day #20: Saturday, Sept. 21: LAST DAY! Let’s Disco Dance Walk!
