I'm interested but will wait to see clips. Some of her workouts seem very shoulder intensive.

Wonder why she just didn't put both workouts on 1 dvd if they are only 30 minutes each? Seems like it would be cheaper to buy.

I never liked G&G either and traded it along with Power Fusion. Now I am wondering if I should reacquire them.

If your cable company has the on demand channel Sportskool - Power Fusion and I think Fusion Flow are on there now.

I just traded to get Grace and Gusto back

They both sound great. But I agree they should both be on one DVD

I'd rather have one before Christmas than have ro wait for the other one to be ready and put on the same DVD. A bird in the hand ....

Her last two 30min workouts were on separate DVDs so I wouldn't expect differently. And whether 30 or 45 minutes, they are each a separate complete workout so why shouldn't Ellen release them individually and charge more money. She *is* running a business.

I agree and am more than happy to pay a little more- I only wish it were 2 dvds - each with 2 - 30 min workouts. Ellen makes up most of my workouts & I only get 2 new 30 min workouts this year from one of my fav instructors

Four 30 minute workouts on 2 dvds, at regular price would be so much better.

I am also very interested in these. Makes we want to revisit my Ellens now since it's been awhile since she's been in my "rotation."

Does anyone remember Ellen speaking about releasing a system or is this my wishful imagination at work again?
