Toughest Barre workout?

With the recent thread of Pure Barre i became interested in finding the original Pure Barre dvd, but it is selling used starting at $60.00 and $100.00-$2500.00 new. I also emailed Pure Barre and they said they no longer carry. So what is comparable or you think is the toughest out of any barre workouts/brands? I appreciate any thoughts you can give me.

Thanks

What made the original DVD good was the lower body part. But lighting was very bad. It was not my favorite. I preferred Squeeze. Excellent workout.. And you feel the burn.

It's not amazing people will sell the original PB for that; it's amazing that people will actually buy it!! It's still my favorite barre workout of all time, bad lighting and all!

I bought it just about 4.5 years ago from PB directly, and Carrie sent me a handwritten note along with it. I saved the note in a photo album.

I love all things barre. So....My toughest barre DVD would have to be The Bar Method Dancer's Body advanced workout.

I would have to say the runners up would be Physique 57, Squeeze, Ballet Body and Ballet Physique. Did I forget any?

I wouldn't sell the original PB for all the $ in the world. Well, maybe a million bucks. Ha! It's super tough. I found Dancer's Body tough too. I would add the Physique 57's up there in toughness. Oh and Squeeze is tough too.

All this talk about original PB makes me think that maybe I should dust off my copy and try it again. I last did it years ago and didn't think it was anything special or particularly hard, but I don't think I appreciated barre then. Maybe i will think differently now.......Sometimes it pays to never get rid off one's DVDs!
