I tried CLX with bands. I go through the Burn Phase, but didn't really enjoy it. I didn't feel like I was getting that much out of the exercises. When I started the Push phase, I hurt my shoulder. CLX is not entirely to blame for this, since my shoulder has been problematic for years (on the other hand, that has been one of the few times in recent years that it's bothered me for more than a few days). I took it as a sign that CLX was not for me. I think I would have liked it much better if I had the proper dumbbells. The bands were just too awkward for me, especially in the Push phase.
