Anyone modifying these to low impact? And do you still get a good workout?

Thanks for your input as well, Judy!
I guess I'll be hunting down a used set now! (Can't justify buying it new right now.. though Amazon's price isn't bad with 69.94$. I just prefer spending less than that!)

Val: It will probably be lower in the months ahead, is my guess.

Yeah, that's true! I found someone on the Yaya board who might sell it! The prices on ebay still range ~45$ and I'm usually not a big fan of ebay, especially if the sellers don't have a 100% positive feedback... I trust 'vidiots' more!

I have no rush and need to remind myself that in the meantime I should really use all the FIRMS I have! LOL

Thanks, Judy! I have the set and like it and want to do another rotation with it but am feeling kinda beaten up at the moment and don't have the energy for high impact. I'll give it a low impact whirl.

I do wish the modifier in these workouts had done a better job, I have to admit that. Although it's not difficult to figure out a lower impact version during the bursts I still feel that was the modifiers job to show that. The instructor even introduces that modifier in the beginning but then it's like they forget or something guess I am just used to Lauren in KCM's workouts.
That is my one beef about these but it's minor and easily fixed so it really isn't a deal breaker with me at all

Yes, I was surprised when I did the test versions that the modifier was taking it up a notch too! LOL! But you can totally go low impact on these and still get a good burn. I have good and bad energy days and just take it down when I need to. I haven't noticed it affecting my workout.

These NEVER ever leave my rotations. LOL! They are that good this many years later!

Yeah, there really is no modifier! But I've been working out long enough to come up with my own modifications. . Just wasn't sure if
the intensity is a necessity sice it's only 20 minutes.
