I do wish the modifier in these workouts had done a better job, I have to admit that. Although it's not difficult to figure out a lower impact version during the bursts I still feel that was the modifiers job to show that. The instructor even introduces that modifier in the beginning but then it's like they forget or something
guess I am just used to Lauren in KCM's workouts.
That is my one beef about these but it's minor and easily fixed so it really isn't a deal breaker with me at all
