I can totally ditto Kesall's experience.
I did not lose weight doing BBL but I'm at a pretty healthy weight and never do lose weight doing rotations. But I lost an inch and a half or so around my waist and gained about 1/2" around my hips (like Kesall, I need it, I tend toward a pancake butt.)
I did the rotation but in the end I really love Bum Bum, Tummy Tuck, Cardio Axe, and High and Tight. I didn't care for Sculpt, and I had the "extras" (Rio Extreme, upper cuts, etc) and didn't care much for those either.
I thought these four workouts were fun and effective. And I loved the beach shots, mostly because I did this rotation in the winter.
The heart of the system is BumBum and High and Tight.
