I would agree with Carol! The sculpt and the c/s are great! The Sculpt are definitely not mostly cardio. The bursts are just enough to get the heart rate soaring and melt. I got the most sculpted physique from the FE system and had cuts in my abs and arms I'd never gotten before.

That's why no matter WHAT rotation I plan for myself I always make sure the FE/ZIP systems are included.

MoFirmer, thanks so much for the feedback! I've just started the Firm Express Intermediate rotation, but I'm thinking it's not enough strength. I'm using 12 and 15 pound weights. Does it get more challenging in Cycles 2 and 3?

I think Cycles 2 and 3 are the hardest in my opinion! LOL! I did the Express Int and Advanced rotations for the web club and I based them on my routine I did with them while testing them. I made sure I was lifting plenty for me though. I lost 19# in my first month. I would give it time. I didn't notice a real melt until about week 3 or so.

I think Cycle 4 has the hardest Sculpt workout. I wish I could use 15 lbs for that one, but I can't.

Haha

Those are great results MoFirmer. I'm not looking to lose weight, just get more toned, stronger, and increase endurance. I would be happy to just maintain for awhile though, as my quest to increase tone, endurance, and strength led me to get extremely frustrated with my workouts in general.

Haha... Yes I am very tall! I am 5'9".

I lost my weight after going through cancer treatments and having a hysterectomy. My metabolism was in the toilet prior to starting FE. The bursts really did change my body for the better! And now the ZIP is continuing that!

Tonda, I thought you were 6 feet! I don't know where I got that idea. Although, since I'm 5'1", 5'9" is pretty tall to me too. I am so glad you are healthy and that the Firm has contributed to that.
