I've modified the handles on my straps. I went to the hardware store and purchased a length of dense cell foam used to insulate water pipes. I cut a 6 inch length and placed it on the straps (this comes with a slice in it, so you can easily place it over the handle straps). I then took several 12" long thin strips of duct tape and used those to secure the slit on each foam pad.
It's 900% more comfortable for every move than the plastic handles, which I'm planning on removing (probably with a carefully applied sawzall).
We'll see how long they last.
Who in the world engineered the plastic handles?
How much did they have to pay the folks in the videos to pretend that the handles didn't hurt doing planks, reverse crunches and other moves that have your feet in the straps?
