Tracie Long

I saw the review on 2Lazy4The Gym, the Tracie Long Studio Series - Metabolic Strength. Don't own any Tracie workouts so I have never done any. Are her strength workouts high rep (12+) or low (8-10) rep? Can you go heavier weights with her workouts? Thanks for any help.

Hey, I just posted a similar question and didn't notice this thread. I'm looking for more high rep workouts and was wondering the same thing about Tracie Long's workouts. It seems to me that they are metabolic and incorporate cardio, and are not the same as, say, High Reps by Cathe. I wish someone somewhere would put out some more high rep workouts...

And I'm looking for the opposite, I want lower reps so I can lift heavier. I looked at some of hers and can't really tell on the ones I viewed so far.

I don't have any of the studio series, but I'd generally say Tracie is mid-rep. Probably around 12 on average. I definitely wouldn't say they're high-rep, but the pace is a little faster than slow-and-heavy. I'm finding I need to move a little slower these days to make sure my form is right, and so sometimes I don't quite keep pace with Tracie. I end up shaving off one or two reps.
